Kim Verna is the Marketing & Business Development Director at Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC. A firm believer in the power of relationship marketing, Kim partners closely with the firm's attorneys to develop and execute strategies that strengthen client connections, elevate the firm's profile, and support meaningful growth.

With more than 20 years in the legal industry, Kim has developed a deep understanding of what sets exceptional law firms apart — and what it takes to communicate that distinction clearly and compellingly. She believes that the strongest business development efforts are rooted in authentic relationships, and she brings that philosophy to everything she does. Her work spans brand strategy, business development, RFP and proposal management, and attorney coaching, all with an eye toward building the kind of long-term trust that drives lasting client relationships.

Outside of the office, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, and can often be found with a good book in hand.
