About Me

Leadership. Accountability. Strategic problem-solving. These principles have guided Kyle DiDone's approach to the practice of law from the beginning of his career and continue to shape the way he advocates for clients today.

Kyle concentrates his practice on representing financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, private lenders, and other commercial creditors, in a broad range of litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters. He works closely with clients to navigate complex legal and operational challenges involving creditors' rights, commercial and business litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure actions, lien enforcement, and landlord-tenant disputes.
