Paige Held

For Paige, working in HR is ultimately about people. As an HR Generalist at Rupp Pfalzgraf, she takes the time to get to know the person behind each role, from a new hire's first day to a long-time colleague's questions about benefits, leave, or policy. Her work spans a variety of HR functions, with a particular passion for employee engagement, workplace culture, and building connections among the firm's offices.

Paige is known for a collaborative, approachable style. She listens first, welcomes different perspectives, and focuses on practical solutions that make a difference in people's day-to-day experience. She loves that no two days in HR look the same, with new problems to solve and something new to learn, and she believes a strong workplace is built on genuine relationships and an environment where everyone feels valued and included.

Outside of work, Paige is always looking for something new to try. A self-described nerd, she loves reading, Dungeons and Dragons, and video games, as well as going to the gym, trying local coffee shops, and cooking, She’s happiest when she has a new recipe to experiment with, a good book to get lost in, or a new interest to explore.
