Robert F. Barnashuk

Born and raised in Buffalo, Bob spent several years practicing insurance defense law with a national Canadian firm in Vancouver, BC; though, eventually felt the call to return home.  Outside of the courtroom, he is a passionate reader and runner, having completed the Boston, Chicago and New York City Marathons, multiple times.  Be it law, life, or marathon training, Bob approaches all three with a combination of self-discipline, pragmatism and rugged flexibility.  

Whether working on a complex liability case or out on a 20-mile run, these endeavors require consistent preparation, practicality and sound principles, while simultaneously necessitating adaptability and the ability to change pursuant to the circumstances.
