Rupp Pfalzgraf Expands With New Syracuse Office

Rupp Pfalzgraf expands with new Syracuse Office - Rupp Pfalzgraf | People at Law

We’re proud to announce that Rupp Pfalzgraf has officially opened a permanent office in Syracuse, located in the historic State Tower Building at 109 South Warren Street! This new location formally marks our presence in Central New York, building on our continued growth as we’ve expanded across multiple locations throughout the state in the past several years.

“We are incredibly excited to establish a physical presence in Syracuse. This office allows us to better serve our existing clients in Central New York and provides an opportunity to forge new partnerships within this community,” says Managing Partner David Pfalzgraf.

Leading this expansion is Partner Paul J. Tortora, Jr., a seasoned family and matrimonial attorney with over a decade of experience in family law, including high-conflict custody disputes, child support matters, and complex matrimonial cases. Paul’s practice is built on a dedication to guiding clients through difficult and deeply personal legal challenges with compassion, clarity, and strategic counsel. He brings a strong track record of managing complex litigation and building long-term relationships with clients that are rooted in trust and proven results.

“Having practiced in Syracuse for the past 7 years, I’ve witnessed first-hand the unique needs of this community… Joining Rupp Pfalzgraf to open this office is an exciting opportunity to combine my local insights with the firm’s extensive resources and expertise,” says Paul Tortora.

Litigation Attorney Christopher J. McCune also joins our Syracuse office, bringing experience in premises and products liability, personal injury, and general commercial litigation.

We look forward to expanding our presence in Central New York as we continue to build our Syracuse team and remain committed to delivering high-quality legal counsel to meet the needs of both new and existing clients across the region.
