Ryan M. Wittlinger

For more than five years, Ryan Wittlinger has been practicing law in Western New York, whether it be at a traditional law firm, at a not-for-profit organization, or as in-house counsel for a corporation. Much of Ryan’s career has been concentrated on mortgage foreclosure litigation, but Ryan has also had experiences working in other areas of law as diverse as eviction defense and family law. Throughout his variety of experiences as a lawyer, Ryan has developed a consistently rigorous and methodical, yet efficient, approach to addressing the questions and issues that unavoidably arise in the practice of law, an approach he now brings to his practice in insurance defense litigation.

As a lawyer, Ryan’s strongest skills include effective written and oral communication, an ability to build successful relationships with clients, and exceptional judgment. Ryan enjoys advocating for his clients and developing innovative and creative solutions when complications arise for them. Attorneys that Ryan has worked with would describe him as an intelligent and capable individual who is driven and determined to help his clients meet their goals. Presently, Ryan is excited to be actively tackling the legal challenges involved in the insurance defense practice at Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC.

Outside of the office, as a former English major, Ryan remains an avid reader and would not pass on an opportunity to spend time with friends and family members.
