We are energized, excited and proud to welcome Marc Romanowski to Rupp Baase Pfalzgraf Cunningham. Marc brings years of Project Development, Land Use and Environmental Law experience to our always growing firm. Marc attended The University at Buffalo for both undergrad and law school. He is admitted in New York State, United States Court of Appeals Second Circuit, United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, and United States District Court for the Western District of New York. He was recognized as one of Buffalo Business First’s 40 under 40.
Marc utilizes vision and creativity to get results for his clients. He specializes in complex development projects and brownfield development. He’s represented clients in land use cases before zoning boards across New York State, in federal and state courts, and before the N.Y.S. Department of Environmental Conservation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. and N.Y.S. Departments of Transportation, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, among others.
Marc in also involved in the community he is on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Buffalo and is on the development committee for the Buffalo Niagara partnership.
